A friend of mine used a decal set from a Motorhome on his 182. He chose a few pieces out of a set.
It looks pretty good.

I used the SS glue but didn't have much luck with sticking the fabric to the dried adhesive either.
Loved the SS System anyway.

I cut the small round circles using 4130 1/8" thick using a good hole saw on a drill press.
You can get 4130 tube in all sorts of wall thickness from Aircraft Spruce (and others). Weld them together...

They seem to be working fine this morning...

They sell the updated version (CH650) as either a kit or plans built.
