I get my tubes from Tractor Supply. They fit lawn tractors.

The commercial survival kits come with really cheap/crappy stuff....
Or cover it in Oratex and don't paint it. It comes in a variety of colors.
I'm certainly no expert but I think I would just get a Cessna 150. If you look around you will probably find one that is IFR.

I was watching a youtube video of another anchor system called Big Screw. The dog leash type worked better than the claw and the one with angle and spikes.
Tell me about the rebar tie downs they hand out.
Guide says no "dog leash" type tie downs. What kind of tie downs are legal?
Got everything covered except the cold. I will do 100 hr on the Citabria, oil change, change plugs, take out rear seat and stick. Think I will sacrifice a chicken to the weather gods for good weather...
I tried it. Everything worked fine except I couldn't get the gear to retract on the Citabria.
Just started flying the Citabria at night and noticed the rotating beacon at T65 is broken. I talked to others on the field and they said it has been broken for months. The management knows about it....
I like. What was the power source?
Maybe we could start with the NBA.
Get your kicks on Route 66!
Might want to consider running old Route 66 part of the way.
