I have a question on general parking. What time to the lots open and I assume you pay the attendants when you pull into the lot? I know the grounds open at 7 am but if we get there early, say 6:00 is there a someone at the lots?

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume the lots open when the grounds open. And yes, you pay when you enter a lot.
