Zenith 701 wing problem

I have purchased a 701 kit that is about 75persent complete, I have heard. That there may be a problem with. The wing structure, has anyone else heard of this or knows where I could find outif thi is true. This will be my first homebuilt. Thanks for any help you can give.. D Shell

Have never heard of a problem with the 701. The 650, yes but the 701 is a solid airplane.

I agree with Marty... you've probably heard about the CH-601 accidents. The two airplanes are entirely separate designs. Lot of CH-701s flying, if a problem existed, it would have occurred by now.
