No. I've never seen ALL of the camping filled. All of the prime spots will be filled though.

I came in on a Saturday night two years ago and got a spot (tent camping), right next to the camping check-in entrance. There were plenty of spots there and further out.
Of course, had just driven from the west through a horrendous thunderstorm, which then caught up and I spent an hour sitting in the car at 10 at night and finally got set up and to sleep about 1.
Plan on on the place being pretty full by then. Might be a walk to the showers and other facilities. If you can there earlier you can make a reservation and stake out a spot. I believe Camp Schoeller opens up in about a week.
