IAC: Amendment to IAC Official Contest Rules 2014

I e-mailed the following to all current IAC judges (six bounced) and all Contest Directors on the list of scheduled contests for 2014. If you are a pilot, judge, chief judge, contest director, or aspirant to any of those titles, please take a look!

"To: Pilots, Judges, Chief Judges, Contest Directors
An Amendment, latest date April 28, 2014, to the IAC Official Contest Rules is now available. Please navigate to IAC.org to download this Amendment. Included are important changes which could affect your scoring at upcoming contests. Additionally, for those planning to take the R&C exam soon, the Amendment may affect your answers to questions 18 and 25. (If you have already passed the R&C exam these changes will not affect your score, and you need not take it again.)
Please familiarize yourself thoroughly with the changes listed in order that pilots may be judged consistently and fairly.
Contest Directors: Please be sure that your Chief Judges for any upcoming contests are familiar with the Amendment, and ask them to brief your grading judges on the changes.
