We had a small break in the weather this morning so I headed to the airport early and took the Chief up for one last flight in 2011.
Winds were light and variable on the ground, but there was a strong westerly flow 1000' up. The boundary layer extended from 500' AGL to about 900' AGL and was a bit rough in my lightweight, low wing-loading airplane!
