I recently purchased a 1940 Stinson 10 project and have finally realized that I really don't have the time, money, or space for it right now. Between my dad and myself we are working on at least 4 other airplanes, and I really want to finish my Chief. If there is any interest let me know, I am located in Central Indiana. The airplane was a Civil Air Patrol scout in Texas, and appears to be all there, the wings are still assembled and in good condition, spars look good, fuselage is not rotted, needs new wood, and a new horizontal. It has a 90HP Franklin, wheel pants, struts, and so on the engine does not have a complete log, but I have all of the airframe information back to the factory.
