Installation Manager Won't Start-Unable to Uninstall SW

Hello members,

I want to update to the Student Premium edition so my first step in the process is to uninstall the installed SW 2018-19 version.

My problem is that the installation manager won't start. I'm accessing it via Windows --> Settings--> Apps--> SOLIDWORKS 2018 SP03 (Uninstall) or directly by executing the file sldIM.exe. The Installation Manager window opens but the dialog box states "Starting The Installation Manager..." but nothing happens. Any ideas on what I can try next?

All fixed. A complete Windows 10 reset fixes all manner of issues. Thanks again Microsoft...
