Does anyone remember the name of the fellow that drove the "Smoke Oil Buick" at Oshkosh for years and years?

I know Bauken through the EAA Ford program. I didn't realize he drove the Buick back in the day although I'm not surprised.
The guy I was trying to think of had a Spanish name I believe.
