I have downloaded SW and followed all of the instructions. I now have 5 different SW programs. For example: eDrawings, SW Electrical, SW Composer Player 2019, SW Composer 2019, SE Visualize. None of these appear to open into a CAD program where I can design a part. What did I do wrong?

I think you either a) forgot to enter the CAD serial in the space provided, or b) unchecked a box for CAD. Here is what you should do:
1) Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features, right-mouse-click on SOLIDWORKS 2019 SP02 and click Change to modify the installation.
2) Select Modify the individual installation (on this computer) and click Next
3) Make sure you have serial numbers entered in these slots:
Attachment 8077
4) Make sure these items are checked:
Attachment 8078
4) Click Next and then Modify. After successful installation you will be prompted to activate the remaining serial numbers.
