my annual Instrument Profenciency Check

I just finished my annual IPC, thought I might be pretty rusty, but passed ok. I was good on the first straightforward ILS but then went to holding and on the 2nd approach the attitude indicator was inop halfway down final and that was very difficult. We used an Elite simulator and it is more sensitive and thus more difficult that the airplane, especially on pitch gyrations. A good trainer and the screen can model many different planes and panels. I m glad I finally got time to do it.

Thats cool, Bill. I'm not familiar with the Elite sim, Does it replicate any GA a/c? Anybody near FL use it?
