A friend of mine has serious medical issues and can no longer fly his VW-powered Cygnet SF-2A based at Slatington Airport (69N) in PA. The airplane has been sitting since June 2014. He is asking $8999 or best reasonable offer "as-is-where-is." Pictures of the airplane are posted here.
