Like you, we Love new exciting events in our lives. We wish you were here yesterday, Nov 3rd. It was another first for our SoCal EAA/Warbird Sqd 16. The first "EAGLE FLIGHT" in a Warbird no less. A Stearman PT-17 Bi Plane. The Eagle Flites ...
are available to adults who wish to learn to fly. We offer an Introductory Flight Experience. Our flite took place at KCNO the Chino Airport. Our First Candidate was Karl Duran. Father of Ryan Duran who is a member of Warbird Sqd. 16 Our next Eagle Flite will take place Dec 1, 2012 again at the Chino airport. Note the beautiful Flying Tigers Aviation facilities in the background.

Members who helped launch the flite were, Enrico Bottieri, Bob Hayden, Ricardo Costenza, Ryan Duran, Herb Guiness, Peter Height, Steve Andridge.

Bob Hayden and his Warbird PT-17 were a big hit. Bob did an excellent job, he held a Preflite briefing and a post flite briefing. Later in the day we helped Bob clean up the Stearman....all in all a very good day indeed.
