Oshkosh '92 Petrel Crash - Info Request

Hello,

I am wondering if there is anyone who knows about the crash of a Petrel SeaBird, registration N109SB, on Aug 3, 1992.
I have a photo of the aircraft along with the two crew members on board, who I presume were the two who died in the accident. Because there is no photo of this aircraft, I am wondering if the next of kin would like a copy of the photo, which has the two gentlemen onboard whilst water-taxiing at the EAA SeaPlane Base 96WI.

If anyone can point me in the direction of the family of those who died, I'd like to offer them a picture for keepsake should they wish to have it.
