Reconditioned Cuyuna 430

This is a 76 cuyuna with the wedge type heads that supposedly puts out 40 hp. It has new seals , pistons, bearings, original Wahlbro carb tuned for about 1800 elev. The front head has had the fins thinned to enhance cooling. This was a low time sled motor, has .002 run-out on crank so it will be a smoothy. This is totally fresh, all it needs is fuel, throttle and a kill switch. It has the same power shaft as a 447 rotax . Needs to have break-in as it has not been fired. Timing is at .074 btdc. Carb has all new gaskets, diaphragms (has integral fuel pump). I built this as an extra for my Quicksilver, but another baby needs a new pair of shoes. I removed the power coils from the mag for the extra hp, they will be included, everything I could find new to put in this engine, is, I used the thicker head gaskets for slightly less compression to let it run cooler so hp is probably about 38.
