So for a application I am submitting for this high school competition, one essay involves talking about a song verse that means the most to you, and represents you. Anything on the "Song Pilot" album by Dwayne O'Brien. Ed Kilbourne's "Cloudbase" CD about flying gliders (he has another CD of flying music but I've never heard it). Lenny Kravitz' Fly Away. A few other good songs already mentioned.
My favorite is not so Pithy as the above but I love it none-the-less.
The opening melody/song has hung with me for all these years. I don't know why.
