Engineered drawings fora Spitfire MK XIVC

Good morning all. I'm tossing a bit of a hail Mary here. I'm working on a project, replica of a Spitfire Mk XIVC. The project will be in 80% scale of original. I want to build functional plans that I can offer for builders to craft a finished airframe. Those plans will also be used to create parts that prospective builder to use in the building of his project. The design will be made of aluminum.

So I am looking for an aircraft engineer/draftsman to help me create these drawings. The prospective candidate will have a working knowledge of airframe stressing and etc so they can properly design an airframe suitable and safe for flight.
