Looking for a Paint Shop in California

Hello folks,

It is time to get my 1973 Piper Cherokee painted. I am hoping somebody out there can help in finding a reputable and reasonable paint shop, preferably in or near California. Any help is greatly appreciated!

A friend of mine owns Cardan Aircraft Services at RBL. They have a good reputation.

AVIATION CONSUMER magazine had a good survey of the best paint shops a few months back. If you don't subscribe, maybe you could sign up and ask them to send you the back issue or borrow one from someone in your area that is a subscriber.

The shop in Lincoln painted the Patriot Jets. Black on something that large is tough to do and they did a nice job.
