Mailing something to Airventure and picking it up on Monday?

Mailing something to Airventure and picking it up on Monday?

I've heard there are ways to mail something to Oshkosh and pick it up there, but I don't quite know how it works. Can someone enlighten me?

The United States Postal Office will NOT have a location on the convention site. Do not ship your items via the US Postal Service.

INBOUND SHIPPING: For Attendees (not exhibitors/vendors)
(Shipment needs to arrive on or after Friday, July 26)
FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. – Must be picked up at the GES Service Trailer, located on the west side of Exhibit Hangar D. Map of GES Service Trailer location

GES Service Trailer Hours of Operation:
Thursday, July 25 through Saturday, July 27: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday, July 28: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Monday, July 29 through Saturday, August 3: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, August 4: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Monday, August 5 through Wednesday, August 7: 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Attendee Mailing Address: (NOTE: The on-site contact phone number is REQUIRED)

Hal, would that be "Airventure Attendee - Name" or just "Name"? As I will be having something shipped there from LensRentals.com, is it okay to not use the actual PDF mailing label as given on the website?

You definitely want to include the term "AirVenture Attendee - " and then your name. As far as using the PDF, it's preferred, but definitely not required.
