The websites that I have gone to all have everhthing but current for sale items. They list sold planes from 10 years ago or list parts or some other crap that I am not interested in.
Any good sources for planes?

Try http://part103.org
For used planes, try http://barnstormers.com
CGS Hawk has a 103 UL kit or complete airplane. http://www.cgsaviation.com/
Skysurf60, funny I found the same thing. Wasn't looking for a 103 kit but looked at Challenger, CGS, Excalibur and so on ordered the Challenger DVD, computer woundn't play it...Information is still printed literature was 2011 and the DVD played on the television and looked like 80-90's footage. Other websites look about the same...old information web searchs showed clubs back around 2005. All the the articles promoting these planes show magazines dating back. I just figured I am 10 years too late, as usual. tlim
Take a look at the Kolb Firefly...

This is the set I purchase 8 years ago and used to reference my build. One of the three options is suppose to be 103 compliant
Timm, Weedhopper is out of business but still listed. Skysurf60, www.freeweedhopperplans.com has free B model plans that are okay, but they have Model 40 plans that are first rate for $25 if you have them e-mailed to you and print them yourself. The gent running the site put a lot of hours into the 40 plans, check them out.
