SolidWorks Install Fails


Regardless as to what I do, SolidWorks 2019 refuses to install main program but other sub-program can be installed.
I keep getting the following error message.

"The file that is required for installation is corrupted: i386_S~4.cab"

Anyone can give me a suggestion for this problem solution? Thank you.

Do a clean uninstall using the method below, then delete the installation manager files from your Download folder and the SOLIDWORKS Downloads folder, and download and install the new version.

Uninstall the current version of SOLIDWORKS running on your computer by opening Add or Remove Programs, and on the Summary Change the Advanced Options and check all boxes (i.e., Registry Edits, Data Files and Folders, and Download Files and Folders). You will not lose your saved designs. Then, go to http://eaa.org/SOLIDWORKS to request download instructions for the new version of SOLIDWORKS.
