unable to download SW.

I checked the requirements and chose the 2017 2018 version, downloaded but get an error saying not compatible with windows 8. requirement table says it should be fine unless i am mistaken. What should I be doing?

I think the problem may be in the serial number you are using to install SWX. EAA sends out a serial number that gives you access to SWX Ed Pro 2019, whereas, those older programs require a different serial number. Please email me (cpuuri@eaa.org) and I will help you out if I am able to locate an older serial.

I have it downloaded an the program now comes up, (after I up graded to 8.1 from 8. If I select "file New" I instantly get an error. Text file provided as an image. no idea what to do next8130

I would HIGHLY recommend upgrading to Windows 10. Win7 is about to lose support and 8 was a mistake that Microsoft let out of its campus.
