I've been using webexams.com to practice for my private pilot knowledge test. It seems to have a good coverage of the test questions but the charts are low quality and I'm not sure how up to date the questions are. What other sites do people recommend?

Well I can say that website is a little dated.

Correct Answer: August 31, 3 years later.

Thanks to the FAA the answer should now be five years later. Also it looks like that was changed back in 2008 making this website considerably out of date.
