I just read an amazing and inspiring story on an internet site, yahoo. Hunter Gandee, of Ann Arbor, Michigan did a 40 mile walk for awareness of C P disease. That alone is something but here are the details. Hunter carried his younger brother, who can't walk unaided, on his back for the entire 40 miles. Hunter is 14 and a wrestler, and his bother is 7.
We often read about some highly paid pro athlete who can do some big feat for a lot of money. But this is a kid, barely a teenager and not for money, just love for his brother.
I don't know if he/they even like airplanes, and I am not in Michigan, but if I was I would get in contact with them and offer them both an airplane ride or rides. I think the younger boy has good use of his arms and might love to fly.
I hope someone picks up on this, maybe a local chapter there. If there is a cost involved, I'll pay for it, send me a pm on this site.
