I am pleased to tell you that N404CX was flown for the first time yesterday by test pilot Dan Gray of Aviation F/X of Santa Paula, CA at the Camarillo Airport, CMA.

He said he wished all his test flights were this easy. His mechanic did cowling off inspections before and during the testing.

No rigging or trim adjustments were required. He said, "Anybody could fly this plane."

Cool video! Did you means SN 40? I was under the impression more than 40 CX4's are flying.

Way to go!!!
Send me some pictures and a paragraph so we can put it in Sport Aviation and Experimenter (cbecker@eaa.org). Every first flight inspires the people still building.
