Private Message Proble

I have received some private messages and tried to reply to them,but with problems.

1.If I try to send a new message, it won't go out and there is a note that says something like I have used up all the space?
I don't know how to remove the past messages or get more space if that is what I need to do.

2. There should be a quick short way to reply to an incoming p m, but when I click "reply" it first lists the whole incoming message, and then when I add my reply to the bottom it often says my total words are too long.

Obviously I am not to good with computers!

Bill, I think this must be sop because I get that as well. For both 1 and 2, place your cursor at the end of any past message and hit spacebar key, then either highlite it( using left click on the mouse moving curser over the text which then turns blue) and hit "delete" key or hit "backspace" key for as long as you want to remove any messages. Either method will now give you more space. Hope this helps--let me know.
