Hello everyone,

I am Laurent, the administrator of a French speaking forum about aircrafts that can be piloted without PPL*.

I took the liberty to use this thread for all to be aware of the following event. I think it's well worth most of the Airmen's attention, worldwide.

Those two guy are the friends of a friend of me. They are going around the world with their new 4 seater "Sling" from South Africa.

Should they happen to land in your area or in the area of a friend, they might need a ride the nearest middle-low class hotel (quietest possible room).

Here is the link, with every detail about their journey.

No problem for the first stopover in Reunion Island. Thanks to Naiade group and it's owner Arnaud LAGESSE from Mauritius Island I have found accommodation for them. Arnaud is a leisure hydroplane pilot. He is a member of the aviation forum I run.

Read the article Luxury accommodation falls into place with help from the Naiade Hotel Group about the rest they need, the hassle factor associated with finding accommodation, getting currency, food to eat, etc.

Please spread this call in all the aviators forums you could post in.
If you do so, please send the link to me.

Thanks.

I'd be more than happy to sponsor them, but, unfortunately, they are coming no where near to my location.

Change KGRB to KUNU and I'll pick you up and you can stay in our guesthouse. It is separate from the house. The area is quiet. It has a queen size bed, full bath, kitchenette...

jhaush ans all,
There is a chat in their web site. You'll also find their email adress.
I've done all I could do for them. They are nice guys.
The main problem for them is to find MOGAS. They don't like AVGAS (engine is 4 strokes Rotax 914). They ahd to avoid Maldives and increase the step because there is no MOGAS there. AVGAS in Male is 80 octane : not possible in this engine.
