Buy a welding tip and lower your Ox pressure to 3-5 psi and your're good to go...

Here's what I use http://www.tinmantech.com/html/all_meco_related.php (no affiliation beyond being a satisfied customer).
I tried a heavier duty torch first, but it was too much for thin walled tubing and this one is perfect.

I have had a Victor 100 for ~20 years, I bought some extra welding tips for it & it works great.

If I hadn't already had it I would have bought one of the lighter aviation torches.

Excellent question!! Since you are in an aviation forum I will assume you are welding aircraft materials. That being said I would stick to an aircraft type torch. Current production torches are the Harris model 15, Smith model AW1A, Victor J28, Uniweld Model 71, Esab Purox W-200. The Meco N Midget and Victor J40 are great sheetmetal torches as well. All of these have "A" size fittings on the torch end, so at the very least get a 3/16" hose with A fittings on one end and B on the other to get started. There are lighter hoses made that you can upgrade too later.
