I'm converting a rented ($120/mo.), 10' x 10' x 30' shed into an airplane work shed. To make it work, I'm making sure everything can be moved about by a single person . . . me:

You'll notice the fuselage has a canard attached, dolly so it can be moved as needed.

With the wing ladder, I've now got the major parts stored on one side of the shed in preparation for the rework:

Next on the list is the work table.

Bob - This is a very clever idea. Never saw anything like it before. . . . It's great to see innovation in things that make our projects possible. (I remember all-too-well cracking a wing rib moving one wing about the garage.) I also see you used cables and turnbuckles. Nice. . . . What's the airplane?

Thanks!

I'm rebuilding N19WT, a Viking Dragonfly: bought in October, trailered home in November, December put the plane in the rented work shed building a fuselage canard-dolly, and; January I'm building the shed into a proper airplane repair hanger and learning the paperwork. This phase is 'building the tools and person' to rebuild the airplane. For example, I had Lasiks done in the middle of December so now I have perfect distance vision in my left eye and pretty good in the right but also presbyopia (I have to use reading glasses for near work.)

Here is my rebuilding log (http://hiwaay.net/~bzwilson/dragonfly/). A work in progress, I'm collecting everything for now with photos and text to make sure everything is documented.
